How to prepare standard curve of MDA using TMP for TBARS assay?

I want to measure the TBARS values of edible oils after oxidation. Can anybody help me to prepare MDA standard curve using TMP. I am using the 1 butanol as solvent.

Further I want to know the conversion of TMP to MDA to find the solpe of the curve to calculate TBAR values.
