Yes, using the solvent system hexane - diethyl ether gradient from 100% hexane to 50% hexane-ether, triacylglycerols you separate the oil from the other components

Do you have the columns already? From my experience the easiest way would be by TLC using a silica gel G plate. The mobile phase for neutral lipid extraction would be heptane: diethylether: glacial acetic acid (60:40:2 v/v/v). 

I agree with Scott, TLC using a silica gel plate. You could also use heptane:isopropyl ether: acetic acid (60:40:3 v/v/v)

Thanks Rybin, Lacombe and Tsiloulis. I did TLC separation. But I need to separate large quantity like 100mL of oil. Therefore I have to use column chromatography.

SPE separation is quite easy and, depending on the type of oil, enables a quite good separation of the different lipid fractions. There are plenty of procedures. This one I'm attaching is for muscle lipids using commercial aminopropyl columns (of course, you can make them yourself)

For pure triglyceride separation  Hexane & Diethylether  ratio is 90:10.  By increasing polar solvent ratio  like hexane &diethyl ether 80:20 or 60:40 separates di- & mono- glycerides  respectively. Further increasing polar solvent other polar materials can separates.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Does anyone have idea how many times I can use silica gel without washing? I mean, After first sample elution is over, can I add second portion of the same sample or I have to use new Si gel for the second one? I need to separate only TAG from plant edible oil.
