Dear Friends,

I am analyzing flow around cylinder using LES model at Reynold number 4000. My study is 3d transient and time-statistic calculation is activated after the solution converge. 

Now I want to plot the Mean reynold shear stress ( U'V'/ (Um*Um) where U is velocity in stramwise direction, V in spanwise direction and Um is mean inlet velocity. I know how to make user define variable using "Custom feild function" but I am not sure how to define mean Reynold shear stress exactly, since there is number of way to define derivatives. My other results like Cd, angle of separation, recirculation length etc are matching with experimental but there is big difference in comparing mean reynold shear stress.

I am using FLUENT tool.
