How to plot a graph representating Topological Associating Domains (TADs), Normalized tag counts, and log2 FC (RNA Seq data) in GraphPad Prism?

Is there any other software to plot TADs ( I have chromosome start and end position), normalized tag count from ChIP-Seq data, and log2FC of genes (fold change from RNA seq data) in one graph?
