How to perform DNA extraction for Long read sequencing using QIAgen genomic buffer set kit from Aspergillus isolates?

Greetings everyone,

I am currently tasked with conducting DNA extraction from Aspergillus isolates, utilizing the QIAgen genomic buffer set kit. Regrettably, not all the components outlined in the protocol are available in the kit at our lab. Here's what I have:

Wash buffer (QC)
Elution buffer (QF)
Bacterial cell lysis buffer (B2)
Digestion buffer (G2)

To proceed effectively with the DNA extraction process, I am seeking guidance on how to adapt the protocol given the components I possess. Additionally, I require the enzyme zymolase for the extraction process. Could anyone suggest an alternative enzyme that could effectively serve the purpose of breaking down the fungus cell wall?
