How to perform a time history analysis with SAP 2000 by including Dead load et live load ??

Dear community

I have two questions:

1st question: I need the steps to follow for time history analysis for a gravity dam by including dead and hydrostatic pressure

I did a test, and I want to know if it is correct or not (see the attached file)

2nd question: is it possible that time history analysis gives larger displacements than Response Spectrum Analysis
