Integrin-mediated adhesion on fibronectin is my experimental focus. 

So I bought the RGD-peptide that can block interaction between integrin and fibronectin. But treatment condition is uncertain in my knowledge. 

According to several papers, they proceeded 'pre-incubation step'. but detail or information of pre-incubation is uncertain, such as incubation time or final concentration of RGD-peptide.

please give me some advise about my question.
