I've used Origin 2024 trial for 6 month.
Now the licence is expired, I'm using Origin 2016 of which the licence is available for me.
But, error message "The server application, source file, or item can’t be found, or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application." comes out when I try to open graph in the powerpoint.
Anyone knows how to deal with this error?
Any suggestion would be great help for me.

The error occurs because the embedded Origin graphs in your PowerPoint were created with Origin 2024, which is no longer accessible. To resolve this, you need to update these embedded objects using Origin 2016.
So, Open the PowerPoint file, locate the problematic graphs, and either re-embed them using Origin 2016 or convert them to a compatible format such as images. Reinstalling Origin 2016 might also help ensure proper OLE integration, which should eliminate the "server application" error and allow the graphs to display correctly.
