Dear all,

I plan to do some migration testing of a plastic material (PETG) using either pure solvent (IPA) or a mix of IPA + virgin olive oil. I intend to do a dilute and shoot approach on a C18 column by a LC QTOF. While PETG is rather inert to alcohols, my sample might still end up quite dirty. What do you think I should do to prevent/minimize contamination of the whole LC-MS system? i.e. precolumn, cleaning solvents, sequence set up, etc.?
