How to minimise the tetrabutylammoniumhyrdogensilfate peak by hplc analysis?

TBSHS concentration in mobile phase is 50mM.

As per above method, mutiple peaks are getting on Hplc chromatogram, which are interfering to analyte peaks, how to reduce it??

also how to control the inconsistent chromatographic pattern???
