Hope all of you doing fine today. I have a question related with mesh study for ANSYS FLUENT. At first as in my picture 1, I manage to mesh the object with HEXA mesh and use no of division which are 4x20x400. Then i need to study for the TETRA MESH, so i used same step and i add on for the method part for TETRA (picture 2), but error occur as in picture 3. Any reason for this error. Why i can mesh use same no of division for HEXA but cannot mesh it when i changed it to TETRA method.

First of all, view the message in Meshing Editor. The message may solve your problem. The edge sizing used for the HEX mesh, dividing the edges into a particular number of the sections may not work for TET mesh. The growth factor also play an important role. InInsteadstaed of the edge sizing use global cell sizing and try to mesh.
