How to link an adjuvant with a vaccine construct using reverse vaccinology approach?

Is it necessary to link an adjuvant to a multiepitope vaccine construct? If necessary, how we can find its sequence?. I want to add Montanide or Freund's adjuvant to vaccine construct but confused how to find their sequences and link it to the vaccine construct. Answers will be highly appreciated.
