Hi!

I have calculated the t-test between dSPM source analysis files. but its interpreting is a bit confusing. for a t-test between condition 1 and 2, how can I explain the areas with red and blue colors? I interpret it this way:

the red color means that condition 1 has stronger dipoles in that area and blue color means that condition 2 has activated more dipoles on that area.

is it right?

and I wonder if in the case of attached figure I can claim that condition 2 has activated wider area than condition one?
