I am trying to digest RNA with RNase A. I want to digest the RNA for 10 minutes. How do I immediately stop the reaction?
Hi Parijat
You can either quickly treat your sample with phenol:chloroform and purify it or degrade RNAse using proteinase K enzyme followed by purification by phenol:chloroform procedure
bye
you can also add Trizol reagent. meanwhile choose the negative control carefully.
