How to identify contamination in cell culture. Will the media change color for every type of contamination?

Greetings. I'm currently trying to culture B16F1 cells. But I observed a black spot/shadow in the culture flask. Hereby I attached two pictures from different culture flask, different batch and everything. There's no change of color in media. The black spots are not moving. I'm wondering if it is some kind of contamination, or cells overlapping, yeast or debris? Or is this practically normal for B16F1 cell line as I read some cell line got different shape? I'm the first student working with this cell line in my group. Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with cell works. I would be very happy if you could identify that black thing in my flask. Thank you.

Not all contamination will change the medium color, the color only indicates the pH of the media. Your black dots don't look like a contamination to me, but your cells are over confluent so it's hard to tell.
