Please guide me on how to identify and characterize A549 lung cancer cell line by molecular technique
Do you have opportunity to use Flow Cytomety or immunohistochemical staining? I think the best option is using specific markers for A549 cells, CD markers e.g.
Yes, I tried but CD markers are not specific for A549. You have any idea. Please share.
