How to hybridize short probes (27-57 nt) to CAS9 mRNA?

Hello,

I purchased short DNA Oligo probes containing 27-57 nucleotides . I am trying to hybridize those probes into my CAS9 mRNA to its multiple locations. I guess I need to use mRNA-ISH method for hybridization. Could you please help me to find a suitable protocol for my experiment?
