Hy, Please Need your valuable Suggestions, I am going to evaluate the effect of Protein bait on gene expression of odorent binding protein family in Bactrocera dorsalis. Someone has already identified 10 genes and and also mentioned primer may i consider this gene for my study? and second question is that he only identified 10 genes so i want to check the effect of protein bait on all 20 genes but i have tried to find other nucleotide sequesnce in NCBI but i can't find out so would any body like to tell me what is the best way if i want to get the nucleaotide sequence of other remaining 10 genes. Thanks

Perhaps you can do nucleotide blast and genes with significant matches will become available. Not sure if this answers your question though.
