use your basic statics theories to calculate moment and rotation if it's not readily available.

The simplest possibility is a model with ELBOW32 elements. One end must fix, on the other end apply the load as rotation. After the calculation you can plot the moment-rotation curve in Abqus/View (rotation and reaction moment on the same node).
