How to filter out protein sequences without a trypsin site from a fasta file?

What is the best method/software/script to remove all the protein sequences which dont have a trypsin cleavage site (R or K amino acids) from a fasta file?

If you are familiar with unix CLI, you can simply do it by "grep".
