Hello everyone,

I am trying to isolate RNA from serum/plasma. Trizol method using 2 ml serum/plasma did not work well (yield 40ng/dl, A260/280:1.6). If anyone can share a cost efficient kit or manual method which can yield minimum of 200ng/dl RNA ( A260/280: 1.8-2.0). Majority of kits do not mention minimum conc. rather they are using the word "up to" which is dubious. Thanks in advance
