How to express q value of post hoc tukeys in the manuscrip ?

I need some guidance; as asked by the reviewer to put q value of ANOVA post hoc-tukey with a p-value, how i will write the q value in the manuscript to describe multiple group comparisons,

and is there easy way to express q value one time while describing the significance of one group to 4 or 5 groups at one time regarding one parameter; because it is difficult to express the q value for all 4 or 5 comparisons and especially if the list of parameters to evaluate is large?
