can i get Q or F value with post hoc tukeys or man whiteny U test on SPSS?
as i am a beginner to statistics i do not have a sufficient knowledge whether is it possible; however it can be calculated with kruskal walis and two way ANOVA non parametric on SPSS but i want to know it in separate for two independent groups in separate ?

I can't quite understand exactly what you're asking. If you want to do a post hoc test after a Kruskal Wallis test in SPSS, double click on the output table and change the view to pairwise comparison. This will run a post hoc test called Dunn Bonferroni. Alternatively you can run a Mann Whitney U test using the legacy dialog. This allows you to select the pair you want to compare. Make sure that you multiply the significance value by the number of pairs (a Bonferroni correction).
