Hi!

I want to stain embrioid bodies that I have in culture using immunocytochemistry method.

I also want EBs not to completely flatten out on the plate - it would be perfect if they'd remain 3D structure (even partially).

CD34 protein would be stained to see if we obtained HPCs cells. Unfortunately, I can't use flow cytometry, therefore I'm trying to analyse cells using other methods than FC.

Is it possible to attach EBs to the plate using Geltrex/laminin etc.?

Have you ever perfermed such staining and was able to stain markers typical for HPCs cells?

Thank you for any advice!
