If you use R, there is a package called ROCR (https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/ROCR/versions/1.0-7) that derives specificity and sensitivity and related quality measures, based on the comparison

of two matrices. One is the model result, one represents a map with mapped landslides

for validation.
