I am using PROTEUS 7 ISIS 7 Professional for the drawing Electronic circuits. I want to draw a two crossing lines with no connection on one line or jumper between the two lines using PROTEUS 7 ISIS 7 Professional.
I want to draw no connection or jumper as shown in the link below containing figure with red rings. Can you help me, how to draw jumper between two lines crossing as shown in the link below circuit diagram with red rings using Proteus 7 professional.

You can draw wires over another wire. It will become connected only when a junction ( a dot symbol ) is added
after enter the proteus design. u can press W on the keyboard and do the right click of your mouse on the starting point. the click out the end point. jumper will create automatically.
As you said, I did it. I pressed 'W' on the keyboard and right clicked of my mouse on the starting point and clicked out at the end point. But I couldn't get the jumper, when crossing the two wires.
I request you to help me to get jumper, when two wires crossing each other by using Proteus 7 Professional.
Modern circuit diagrams don't tend to use the humps to indicate no connection (i.e. crossing wires). As stated already a dot is used to indicate a physical connection. No dot, no connection. If you look at your circuit there are two pairs of wires that cross without using the hump. I've highlighted them here in yellow.
I don't have Proteus 8. I have only Proteus 7, how to upgrade from Proteus 7 to Proteus 8.
From Proteus 7, is it not possible to draw humps to indicate no connection.
