I am looking for cell penetrating small molecules that can penetrate membrane of cell. I wants to design molecule that can deliver drugs inside a cell. I know number of databases/methods are available for cell penetrating peptides (CPPs). I am looking for cell penetrating molecules other than CPPs.
Hello, do you mean you are looking for cell penetrating small molecules to deliver drugs? Small molecules may not have the right anchor for target binding and membrane transport.

Have you considered nanoparticles? There are many different types, such as micelles, liposomes, polymeric, dendrimers, metal (Au, Ag, Ti), etc.

and there is many many others!In regards to membrane penetrations - cells are generally 'curious' in that they will uptake something close to it; however, if they dont like it they can eject it. So 2 things you may need to consider is how to maximise uptake and how to minimise ejection.
Also, getting your particle close to your target cell is important and the nanoparticle can be functionalised with antibodies that are specific to the cell. (Note, that this alone may not result in increased uptake, so you may need to consider additional factors to increase uptake).
