I think your question is not clear enough. If you want to get a good answer, you need to explain your problem clearly.

Anyway, if you want to apply a pre-tensioning force on your bolts and then apply another force on your model, you just need to define separate load steps in the module "Step" in Abaqus. We have done the same in the following paper:

Like Amin Iranpour said, you need to explain the problem clearly. In any case, you can create multiple steps in the step manager in the order you want the analysis to be performed.
