Hello All,

I have a cpDNA sequence (Both forward and reverse sequence) of some barcode genes. Can anyone guide me further for gene annotation (Step by step procedure) and submission in NCBI. Is annotation necessary for submitting barcode sequences.? If there are some tutorials available, it will be more helpful.
