How to do 3D culture for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells?

I want to stablish 3D cell culture from cell line and from KPC mice, but I can´t find the "ideal protocol". I want to do 3D cells to modulate miRNA expression, and maybe do some viability, migration and drug screening assays.
