I use GO in my recent project and I did XRD of GO and got below attached data (figure). I am confused that its GO or RGO. And when I did literature survey I got mixed answer some paper show that this pattern is for GO and other show this for RGO.
In below pattern I also get one small peak at 34.7 degree.
Please help me.

The interlayer distances of GO and rGO were confirmed using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns. The 2 theta peak of graphite powder was at 26.71, indicating that the interlayer distance of graphite powder was 3.34 A˚. With chemical oxidation, the 2 theta peak shifted to 10.271, which indicates that the graphite was fully oxidized into GO with an interlayer distance of 8.60 A˚. In contrast to the XRD pattern of the GO powder sample, the XRD pattern of the rGO yielded only a new narrow peak at 24.161, suggesting that the rGO was fully reduced. The interlayer distance of rGO is 3.68 A˚, which is fairly close to that of graphite powder (3.34 A˚ ). The 2 theta peak of our rGO was narrower which can be attributed to the well-ordered two-dimensional structures of the rGO sheets.
