During making an electrode of Ni foam by past as prepared slurry of required sample, the weight gain is always comes out to very high around 10-15 mg. Although in literature mention that weight gain in 1X1 cm Ni foam is less than 5 mg. Can somebody help me for this problem.

The following information is based on what I observed for other colleagues, but not directly from my experience, since all my supercapacitor electrodes are self-standing and does not need to deposit slurry:
The trick is to decrease the concentration of your slurry by adding more solvent (e.g., ethanol). Yes, the viscosity of the slurry will decrease appreciably, but all you need to do is to drop cast the solution onto Ni foam. Once the solvent is fully evaporated, the binder should be strong enough to hold your active materials on Ni foam.
Additionally, you may want to check the composition of your slurry. A typical recipe is 90% active material, 5% carbon black and 5% polymer binder (e.g., PVdF).

you can make ink of 10 mg active material + 0.5 ml water + 0.5 ml IPA + 60 microleter binder and coat the ni foam with it
