I have to made Ni foam supercapacitor electrode for this I need to deposit slurry of NiO nanostructure and binder on Ni foam. Can anyone suggest the method to deposit this slurry on Ni foam so that the slurry will deposit uniformly.
For uniform coating, I would prefer high temperature oxidation rather than slurry coating. However, for the later, you can try impregnation with the help of vacuum followed by drying.

I think in your case more respectable method of deposition is spin-coating. I hope you will easy choose rotations velosity for uniform deposition.

Maybe you can spray coat or do spin coating. Provided your solution should be semi viscous. You can do sample(mg)+ethanol/acetone bath sonication for 5 mins then do spray coating or spin.
