I intend to design and build a new / custom ultrasonic probe horns. Recommend a book or article to familiarize ourself with design parameters, mechanical and electrical analysis.

1. What is the range amplitude (µm) necessary for liquids processing.

2. What are the basic testing instruments needed for analysis (like oscilloscope, etc.)

3. How would be the gain for liquids processing.
