Deposition of Bathocuproine (BCP) layer 3-5 nm is difficult. I am trying to coat thin layer by thermal evaporation method. Now I am looking for solution processing method ( like spin or spray coating methods). If any publication directly related to this, kindly share with me. I am looking for Thermal evaporation parameters. terms of current and amount of Bathocuproine (BCP) etc.

It's very popular to spin-coat bathocuproine (BCP). Solution of 0.5 mg/mL in ethanol should be spin-coated at 3000 RPM for 50 s with the acceleration of 3000 RPM/s. This gives roughly 5 nm thickness.

Ethanol shouldn't dissolve PCBM or change its properties. BCP plays a function of tunnelling layer in solar cell stack so in case you don't cover it on the PCBM you might have extraction of charge carrier issue which would be observed in S-shape of photocurrent-voltage characteristic.
