Do what you always are supposed to do in science: Build one or several hypotheses what might be going on (e.g. which phase might be present in your sample, including its composition and microstructure, and which errors may occur in your diffraction experiments) and then derive the most likely solution. This must of course include all info from literature, not only the often quite unreliable reference patterns. This is science, not a simple comparison with reference patterns! I usually have the impression that (sorry) stupid comparison with reference data without further thinking about your sample and your experiment will lead you nowhere. This is not science.

the peak in the image you attached is clearly composed by a kalpha1 (low angle) and kalpha2 (high angle), having the second a half intensity with respect to the first. I suppose that you do not use a monochromatic radiation for the pattern collection. This effect is well evident for sinterized materials and at high angle. If I understand your question you should find an agreement with only the first peak at lower angle, the second is the same, due to the same phase
