I tried to differentiate MSCs into neurons and then confirm this result by RT-PCR  , the result i have is by fold change for example control  sample is 1 and differentiated sample is 3 how to  convert this fold change result into percentage to interpertate my result to say my induction protocol cause for example (20%) differntion  and the remainng 80% not differentiated into neurons.
