I used a nanodrop spectrophotometer to calculate ssDNA concentration(ng/µl).
please help me out with the calculation.
Thanks all in advance
For the conversion, you need to know the molecular mass of your DNA.
1 ng/µl equals 10-9g/10-6L or 10-3g/L, divide by MW to get Mol/L
1 nM equals 10-9 Mol/L, multiply by the MW to get g/L
Mahasin Hamid
Please find the attached protocol and look into it. I hope you will convert the concentration of the ssDNA.
