Hello, I recently started working with antibiotics and I do not have that much experience of making dilutions accurately. I want to ask if I suppose to add 200mg of antibiotic in 100ml of water so what is the concentration of this stock solution in microgram?
200mg in 100ml is the same as 2mg in 1ml. Since 1mg is the same as 1000 micrograms, this means your solution is 2000 micrograms/ml

1mg equals to 1000 μg.
so, 200 mg= 200 x 1000 (μg)= 2,00,000 μg
when you dissolve by bringing the volume upto 100 mL in a standard flask with your diluent then it becomes a stock solution of 2,00,000 μg/100 mL OR 2000 μg/ mL.
RE Hussana Hamid's answer: 200 mg / 200µL (0.2mL) =1000mg in 1mL. You need to check to see if your agent is soluble at that concentration
1mg= 1000μg
1mL= 1000μl
200= 200*1000= 200,000μg/100mL
200,000/100= 2000μg/ml
2000μg/1000μl= 2μg/μl
OR
200mg/100ml= 2mg/ml
2*1000= 2000μg/ml
