Is it possible to use normal rectifiers in this matter since capacitances of the diodes affect at this frequency? Is there any simple way to extract DC voltage using RF power?
Hi Indula Munasinghe , you are right: You can use diodes but their capacitance and their recovery time have to be small. In many cases, Schottky diodes are a good choice. If your application is a matter of just a few hundert mA, these would do, for example:

As you can see on page 2, the manufacturer gives even a rectification efficiency, here for 45 MHz.
Of course, with increasing current capability, the capacitance raises also, but in many cases this is mitigated by the fact that the capacitance of the load is also higher.
