I performed Nuclear protein extract isolation (as well as chromatin bound protein) and diluted it too much. Is there anyway I can concentrate my nuclear protein extract again?
Carla Karitos Ultracentrifugation is your best option for total nuclear extract unless you used a lysis buffer. For bound protein you can do tag and immunoprecipitation, or direct immuno preciitation. Alternatives may be running on a gel and extracting the band of your protein. Good luck
Another way to concentrate the protein is to use Amicon tubes https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/PL/en/products/protein-biology/protein-sample-prep/amicon-centrifugals. We use them routinely to increase the concentration of the proteins.
