I have 5 citations. ‘A Girl with selfharm treated with NAC’: 3 and ‘Treatment of 95 post-Covid patients with SSRIs’: 2.
But according to you, I only have 4.
How is it possible that the amount of citations isn’t correct?

Do realize that you ask your question to the open Q&A section of RG and not to someone of the RG team. As you can see, when you go to one of your papers, on the right the number of citations per individual paper, both mention the correct numbers 3 and 2 respectively.
I checked Google Scholar and your paper entitled “A Girl with selfharm treated with NAC" has four instead of three citations. The missing citation can be found here on RG:Article Protective influences of N-acetylcysteine against alcohol ab...
unfortunately this paper is not indexed fully correct since as you can see (looking at the tab ‘references’) the RG search engine/algorithm picked up 14 references while the paper (click on the DOI) has 62 references (including your paper). Since none of the (automated) systems is flawless (RG, Google Scholar, Scopus, Elsevier etc.) there is I’m afraid not much you can do about it.In general Google Scholar is the most complete database when it comes to citation numbers.
