Important suggestions by Dr Doha. One need to look at relevant journal based on research topic. Multidisciplinary journal may also be considered.

Scientific Journals may be found in SCOPUS or THOMSON REUTER Organizations

Choose a journal with (1) the highest quality peer review (2) that is most likely to be willing to select your paper out for peer review.
Scan the literature, check the cited paper, see the references, and then check the journals for the suitability of your manuscript.
