- We are trying to compare the characteristics of crystalline and amorphous phases of an API. In this context pair distribution function (PDF) is one of the characteristic feature of amorphous phase. We have PXRD data ( in the eva file format) for crystalline and amorphous phase. We try PDFgetX2 software to calculate PDF but we were not able to convert the eva files to the format required by this software (.spec file).

Export data using eva to .csv, open with excel and save to .txt, than rename the extention to .xy or .dat.
you can use alot converted proprams such as powdll, ECH, file exchange to change the extantion of file to xy , raw, uxd, txt
