I would like to calculate the mass/concentration of drug for the loading to the hydrogel (all the parameters for the hydrogel are known). Initially, I optimized the effective concentration of pure drug to cancer cell-lines and unable to find the mass/concentration of the drug for loading the hydrogel using any direct approach. Currently, I am using UV-vis spectrophotometer to estimate this known concentration of a drug loading to the hydrogel which is time-consuming method. I will really appreciate if someone could help me out to find the direct method to calculate the mass/concentration of known optimized drug for loading the hydrogel to achieve the same effect with drug loaded hydrogel.
