How to calculate the final concentration of DMSO ?

I have an inhibitor which was diluted in 100% DMSO, the stock concentration is 50mg/mL and the stock volume is 200µL. these were diluted in ddH2O to reach 10µM.

the question is how to calculate the final concentration of DMSO ?
