Hello,

I need to calculate the swirl number in a cross-sectional plane of a peripheral channel. "The swirl number is defined as the ratio of the axial flux of angular momentum to the axial flux of axial momentum." said the literature or Fluent user guide.

The shot of the equation from the Fleunt user guide is attached. I could not confidently figure out how to reduce the integration form so to use the area-weighted average velocities for example. If someone has any experience on it, how to define the custom function to calculate the swirl number, please let me know.

Thank you in advance.
