Is there any software that can calculate the area under the curve for a line graph? Currently, I am using "origin" software.
Technically, for finding "area under the curve"

you can use any software which can calculate definite integrals:
as it is said in the above search-link
"To find the area under the curve y = f(x) between x = a and x = b, integrate y = f(x) between the limits of a and b."
A simple trapezoidal integral calculation should work fine.
