I have been using Dyanebeads MyOne Silane beads to isolate both RNA and DNA. I get extremely low 260/230 ratio after each isolation. I am assuming it is caused by RLT buffer which contains Guanidine Thiocyanate, as you know residual Guanidine can cause this. I am performing ligation and cDNA synthesis afterwards, thus I want a pure isolate.
