Principle response curve code in R program ?

Dear friends, I want to obtain a graph by doing Principle Response Curve analysis in R. I can reach the result using the sample code with the 'vegan' package and 'pyrifos' data. However, I cannot analyse with my own data set and obtain the graph. My data set includes the effects of 3 different treatments on 6 different living organisms over 12 weeks. Can you help me?
